Hello, I’m Natalie Harr, and my sensory regulation journey has been deeply personal and transformative. When I first took the Sensory Profile Assessment, it was a life-changing revelation—I discovered how my sensitivity to distractions impacted my daily life. Suddenly, the challenges I faced made sense. Understanding my sensory preferences allowed me to create an environment that minimized frustration and supported my focus and well-being.

In 2023, my life took an unexpected turn after a minor surgical procedure, leading to severe fatigue, debilitating headaches, and heart palpitations and was eventully diagnosed with Dysautonomia and POTS. My world was flipped upside down, and I found myself relying on the very sensory strategies I now teach to manage my health and restore my balance.

I discovered I could retrain my autonomic nervous system through sensory regulation and tailored exercises. Today, I’m  managing daily activities and fluctuating energy levels with resilience and clarity. I’ve learned to embrace the ups and downs of life with calm and stability. My mission is to help others discover this same resilience and clarity through sensory regulation.
